Joy ran a successful manicuring business for 25 years in Palm Desert California. During that time was schooled in Theatrical & beauty make-up. This education and experience sparked a passion and the beginning of her study in Permanent Make-up.
Joy was trained in Palm Desert, California under The Southern California Institute of Permanent Cosmetics.
Joy believes that safety, high quality products and realistic procedures come first. She seeks out new techniques and products to always bring the very best to her clients. Joy is entering her ninth year as a certified Permanent Make-up Artist. She and her husband Dan have been living in San Jose for the last 3 years, and are happy to now call it home.
